Is their any acupuncture excercises that helps in growth of moustache & beard,i'm 21.i havn't got both.read th?
1 people say that after certain age when growth stops ,the excess of hormone secretion & its dead cells develop as moustache & beard,especially excess of testosterone.my doubt is what kind of foods only natural foods should be taken for increasing the secretion of these hormones & thus their dead cells will increase & my moustache & beard growth also increases.2 when we rub our finger tips of both right & left hands our hair fall reduces.when we keep piercing our last small finger with our finger nail our blood pressure reduces,all these are because of acupuncture,is their any kind of acupuncture excercise for increasing the growth of moustache & beard.3 is it true that if we shave our moustache & beard from top to bottom i.e,from ear area to neck it grows faster & grows slower if we shave backwards.is this a misconception?

What happens if you get acupuncture by a person who is not qualified for it?
My grandmother just went to an acupuncture clinic in Korea because she had pains in the back of her neck like the muscles in that area were cramped or something. However, after she got her acupuncture treatmean, in the next morning, she couldn't move her arm. She was trying to cook breakfast for me while I sleeping, but she couldn't even bring her right hand up to turn up the dial in the oven.I'm really worried right now. Is this a common side effect from acupuncture treatment, or was it because it was done incorrectly? Even though my grandmother experienced fatigue and muscle pains a lot of the time in the past, this sort of this NEVER happened.

Pretty intense first acupuncture session?
So I have been having some health issues and acupuncture was suggested to me. I went and had a very intense session. The first thing that happened was she left the room and I had the needles in me and I drifted off a little bit. I was very relaxed, the needles did not bother me.Then I had a vision when I was dozing off. I had a vision of one of my children which I have not had, much less thought about having at this point in my life. Then after that I woke up and suddenly had a panic attack. Like I said it was not the needles. I actually got up off the table and started pacing in the room while the needles were still in. Then I made myself breathe and I finally calmed down and layed back down. After walking out of there I have never felt so UNbalanced in my life. I guess my questions are is it normal to have visions while having acupuncture? If it is, is it know as to why?? Also, the more I do it, will it balance out a little more? Is it just tapping into some stuff that needs to be dealt with or is this just maybe too much for me?
Acupuncture and SEVERE depression/anxiety?
So basicly i have had INTENSE symptoms for the past year and a half fatigue,HEAVY light sensitivity,migraines nausea,apathy,Halos around things and depth persception issues,tingling feet etc,Super spaced out always and i was convinced that i had something,a tumor or epilepsey or something,i went to 22 doctors,had every test imaginable from blood work to lyme disease to diabeties test,All came up nothing,Told me it was anxiety,Anxiety meds didnt work,Then they told me it was migraines,NO migraine stuff worked,even the stuff they give you IV at the doctor so they said its probably still stress and my body is just used to it so i dont feel stressed out so instead of more meds...i had my first acupuncture session yesterday,over all,very good experience now i wake up this morning, a tad better mood and a little sore where a couple of the needles were at in my toes mainly ...Im just curious has anyone else had luck with acu. alleviating anxiety depression symptoms and HEAVY migraines? they told me to come in 3 times a week for 2 weeks and that will give me the best results,how long did it take you for? what was the process emotionally? i cannot relax at all during my session,my eye were open the whole time because i overthink everything,will it still work?

Endometriosis and Acupuncture...?
I have had endometriosis since I was 10 years old, believe it or not. I am on birth control pills, and they work, but I dispise the idea of taking hormones. I am considering acupuncture, but I don't know if it would work. Has anyone had it done? Does it work? Does it hurt?Okay...I probably didn't have it at age 10, but the symptoms of my regular mestrual cycle were bad enough to lead me to a doctor to finally be diagnosed with it by the time i was 12 or 13 one of those ages. I was out of school for almost a full week because I couldn't even stand up. I had a lot of back pain because of it too Oh, and I did not have a lapriscopic surgery, the doctor refused. She said she didn't want to do it on a young patiend when she is 95 % sure and the pills are working...I've tried to stay off of them...It's been a month now, so far so good. We'll see how long I can go
