Question: Anyone had acupuncture for back pain?

Does the pain in the back pain get a bit worse before it starts to get better with the treatment of acupuncture any personal experiences?

I like acupuncture a lot for back pain. The best practitioners of this have been doing it for at least five years and have had specific training for this. You should notice a slight reduction in the pain after the first visit. The treatment should be very comfortable and you should not worry about the use of the needles for there is no pain or even discomfort. Make sure that you drink a lot of water after the session and get a full nights sleep that night. If the doctor or practitioner wants you to do anything else follow their advice. I have had many treatments and have never had a bad experience.

Tried it a few times but liked reiki on it instead
