Printer ink cartridges. How do I dispose of partially full Epson cartridges?
My Epson printer finally died, and I've bought a new Kodak printer. I removed the old cartridges from the Epson, but how do I dispose of them safely? They are still a third full. There are plenty of recycling bins for empty ones, but not for partially full ones.

Have you ever refilled your ink cartridges and did they work ? read?

Can anyone tell me exact details of the packaging of Lexmark 34 and 35 ink cartridges?
I don't mean the exterior packaging, ie the box. I mean what's inside when you open the box. Specifically, do the ink cartridges have only the one standard piece of tape that usually covers the nozzle contact part of the cartridge? Or is their an extra adhesive sticker of some kind? I remember 4 to 5 years ago, the cartridge was packaged in a way that made it impossible for me to use because of a bad adhesive reaction. So I used Staples re manufactured substitutes. But Staples no longer makes and I either need to " risk" buying a Lexmark one I may not be able to use, or try to get the old cartridges re filled i'm told the colored one may be tricky . I wish I could find a photo showing an unwrapped cartridge, but failing that would appreciate any personal experiences with same. Those cartridges are for a X3300 series printer. Why won't my Canon printer print after changing an ink cartridge?
I have a Canon Pixma MP210 that has done a great job of printing I've been pushing it since the ink levels say empty & the black & color light have been on. I have something big that needs printing & didn't want to chance running out of ink, so, I changed the black cartridge The lights stayed on, so, I searched & found all kinds of info, but none is working....such as holding the reset button for a few seconds to holding it along with the power button I took the cartridge out & put it back in & tried again with no luck I get an " F" in the window where errors would show. I can't find why an " F" is shown in the owners Manual or anywhere online I took it to, maybe, mean " failed" . I bought the cartridge at my local Meijer store & it says " for use in Canon printers" & on the side of the box, my printer is listed. I read somewhere that some cartridges are not recognized by the printer, but didn't understand what to do & something about a microchip Can someone help & also tell me what the " F" is for & why I can't find anything online concerning it? This has been a great printer & I've had problems with others & want to keep this one Just wondering, if I HAVE to change the color, too, in order for the printer to work? It shows empty also, but I use the black most of the time & didn't care to change the color.....which is still installed I know I am not to use without this being in place Can anyone tell me what this " F" means. It is not mentioned anywhere in the Canon manual & I cannot find it anywhere online The box this cartridge came in that I bought at Meijer says 100 % product guarantee with limited warranty. I hope I can return it as I can't find the receipt

I have several new unopened ink cartridges for my printer..will they keep indefinitely?
I was given several brand new black ink cartridges to use with my Canon MX320 laser printer. Will these unopened ink cartridges dry out before I can use them? I don't print very much probably less than 10 pages per week . Is there anything I can do to help preserve them?
